    This ayat saved my life.
    With the will of ALLAH.
    I also learned the word
    TAWWAKUL IN ALLAH.
SAYING THE WORD IS NOT THE SAME AS EXPERIENCING IT.

Asalaamu alaikum. I was looking for a page that mentioned this dua as I was trying to memorize it. Please note that there is small typo in the image you posted.
    The actual dua is
Instead of wakhLUF, it should be wakhLIF

Kindly make the correction on your page. Jazak Allah khair. May Allah swt reward you.

Well something can be better InshAllah:) I read a Hadith whereby if someone loses a child- that baby will plead to Allah until you go to Jannah. Please search up the Hadith as a source of comfort for you and your family 🙂

All Glory to Allah the Most Merciful and peace be His beloved Prophet Muhammad. Indeed by Allah’s blessings this is a great experience when you are in need of support Allah guides your heart with Quran. In surah Taghabun Allah mentions clearly that no torment would hit us except by Allah permission. As for those who believe, Allah will guide their heart” – Recently I was going through terrible anxiety and crying to Allah for help. My eyes fell on a youtube when the reciter was reading the ayah from Surah Yunus – Allah reminding us of those who cry when calamity befall them but then forget Allah at moment of ease. This is such a great blessing when Allah reminds us and shows us the way to sincerity. I pray to Allah to forgive our sin during this Ramadan and write our name among those going to Jannah.. for me, my wife and kids, my family and all muslims I know and I don’t know. May Allah relieve those in pain and suffering .. Allah possess the wisdom and justice behind our destiny. Assalamoualaikoum wa rahmatullah wa barakah

I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what you’ve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. You’ve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

This is just what i need to read.i am already going through a storm and this just just bears witness to how Allah reveals messages to his servants. Something told me to go outside and when i walk to the end of the porch, even tho it was raining and sun shining i look up to the sky to the right and there it was. A big, big rainbow i had never seen like that before especially in person. It was just glorious. Praise be to Allah. My faith is strengthened so much more.

alsalamu alailum.. regarding the hadith of Aisha (ra) when Abu Bakr (ra) asked her what age was the prophet when he died and how old he was …. can you please provide the source for this? as the hadith in musnad Ahmed does not mention age. Is there another narration that this was taken from? please advise on the source. many thanks.

walaikumasalam. JazakAllah khair for your message. This article is transcribed from the two lectures by Sheikh Omar Suleiman linked below this article. I do not have direct sources for the ahadith mentioned as I transcribed them exactly as stated in the lecture.

      Assalamualaikum!

JazakAllah khair for your message. You can usually plug in the hadith on sunnah.com to search for the complete reference. If you are looking for the reference for the Umm Salamah hadith it is Riyad As Saliheen, Book 6, Hadith 28

    Assalamu ‘alaikum, dear sister.

At this time when the world seems to be spinning out of control and the future is uncertain, your website is providing a greatly needed, wonderful support.

As personal and collective anxieties and sufferings eat away at our hearts, the best—indeed, the only true and unquestionable reassurance—comes from comes from certainty of Allah’s perfection and hence the perfection of all He wills and decrees, regardless of how things may seem.

Therefore, steadfastly replacing doubts and fears with phrases of dhikr and contemplation of Allah’s perfec-tion, evident through the perfecction of His handiwork, is a powerful antidote to such troubled states. Work-ing earnesly by this means to substitute one set of preoccupations with another through engaging in remem-brance of Him is our best weapon, supported on a practical level, if desired, by well-known breathing tech-niques that assist in quieting anxiety.

May Allah grant you the best of rewards!

    Your sister,
    Umm Taher

JazakAllahu Khairan for sharing this post. Belief in qadr can help us to get closure and then be able to go on with life. Without this belief, it gets very difficult to move on, and easy to get stuck. I pray Allah (swt) strengthens hearts of all those who are grieving. Ameen!

The fact is first time I realized this holy book talking directly to me was 20 years ago when I was a teen and what happened truly shook my core. Never thinking deep of anything we used to say in prayers. I quarreled with my mom and in a point of being clulessness I tried to pray and read Quran same day. The verse And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, “My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small. Came up that was shocking.Little I knew my mom had all these years a fetal disease now years later stuck in a difficult status hopless helpless and with no possibility to say her more that I wish I could do more for you not be even at her grave broke my heart. I know she is in heaven but this whole life difficulty for me was just too much unbearable I opened the book in again
a desperation and helplessness mood this verse came:We have not granted immortality to any human before you ˹O Prophet˺: so if you die, will they live forever?
Every soul will taste death. And We test you ˹O humanity˺ with good and evil as a trial, then to Us you will ˹all˺ be returned.
When the disbelievers see you ˹O Prophet˺, they only make fun of you, ˹saying,˺ “Is this the one who speaks ˹ill˺ of your gods?” while they disbelieve at the mention of the Most Compassionate.
Humankind is made of haste. I will soon show you My signs, so do not ask Me to hasten them…I do see that there is a bigger picture here and I find some degree of calmness in that.God is great
